About our Community 
L’Arche NSW Incorporated is a faith based and, relationship-based community that shares everyday life with people with and without an intellectual disability. We are a diverse, multicultural community, celebrating the unique gifts of members.
Our L’Arche relational model breaks down barriers between those who give and those who receive supports. We actively replaces society’s emphasis on independence with interdependence.
In L’Arche NSW we strive for each person to flourish as we all come together to contribute our gifts for the good of others. We have 5 homes based in Burwood, Campsie, Croydon, Five Dock and Parramatta.
