We depend on the partnership with our donors and benefactors to carry out our mission. Your support enables people with an intellectual disability to make their unique contribution to Australian society.
Your donations enable us to support communities in living the mission of L’Arche;
- By providing resources to the National Listening and Speaking Group whose members are people with disabilities representing their local Community,
- By offering formation programs on living the Mission of L’Arche for assistants,
- By providing direct support and supervision to leaders in the Communities.
L’Arche Australia is one of the 38 countries in the International Federation of L’Arche and we join in the One L’Arche Solidarity program, offering financial support to other communities.
Our 2023 campaign on My Giving Circle raised $10.000 to help L’Arche Kenya purchase 2 motor-cycles to support their outreach work.
