Selection Criteria
To be considered for this role, please address the following in your application:
•Current Driver’s Licence (mandatory)
•Certificate III or IV in Disability Services (or equivalent)
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
•Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multifunctional team
•Proven ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
•Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
•Commitment to the Mission and Values of L’Arche
•Experience implementing behavioural support plans (desirable)
•Ability to provide personal care and support with daily living tasks
•Willingness to assist with hygiene, health, and well-being
•Ability to perform household duties including cooking, cleaning, and shopping
•Passion for promoting independence and community inclusion
•Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
•Willingness to undergo a Police Check
•Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, overnights (sleepover).
